Other Uses of the Saw and Router Guides
For Router work, cut the guide using a table saw to fit the bit you have selected for your project. Make your saw cut tight to the router bit. Use your router to trim the last 1/32 off the guide.
Secure the guide to the work surface using clamps or mechanically attach with screws. The guides are easily drilled for countersinking screws.
Make sure the guide is firmly anchored before using.
For Cutting Stucco, Siding or Concrete, cut the guide to fit your equipment and blade thickness. Make a test cut with your equipment to fit the blade to the guide.
Attach the guide to the work surface using clamps or mechanically by countersinking screws in the guide.
For Cutting Truss Joist, cut the guide to fit your saw then attach a 2” x2” perpendicular to the guide using wood or drywall screws. Countersink the screws for a smoother surface.
Check your set up with a framing square before using.
